cfOS (cyberfish operating system) is a very basic operating system for the x86 architecture. It was built for my 2003 operating system paired coursework with Alex Hayton.
Right this was built in about a week so is very unstable and there are known bugs in it so if it frys your hardware, your fault not mine! Saying that I have booted this on my pentium4 with no known side effects.
Known Bugs: Some keys produce, wierd results this is a bug with the keymappings to the c char bitmap array. There is a keypress buffer to allow you to scroll back with the txt and overright chars (not insert). If you move the cursor beyond the end of the screen causes a keyboard buffer overflow. The result under emulation stopped keyboard entry, I avoided this bug when booted natively.
